Wastewater & Sludge

Sludge dewatering with belt and chamber filter presses, backed by pilot tests and jar tests to get conditioning and sizing right.

Sludge disposal is charged by weight, and most of that weight is water. Dewatering equipment that is sized and conditioned correctly can cut disposal volumes sharply.

Every sludge behaves differently, so we recommend a pilot filter press test before committing to a full-scale press. It measures cake solids, cake density, cycle time and chemical dosing on your actual sludge.

Where we help

  1. 01

    Continuous dewatering

Belt filter presses for high-volume municipal and industrial sludge.

  2. 02

    High-solids cake

Chamber and membrane filter presses for the driest cake and lowest disposal cost.

  3. 03

    Conditioning

Jar tests to choose ferric chloride, lime or polymer dosing before the press.

  4. 04

    Sizing

Pilot filter press tests on your sludge to measure cake solids and cycle time.
