Biodiesel
Dry-wash purification with D-SOL adsorbent, plus pressure leaf filters and polishing filtration for methyl ester plants.
Coconut methyl ester (CME) biodiesel plants in the Philippines face strict fuel specifications. Purification after transesterification is the step that decides whether the product passes.
Our D-SOL purification system replaces water washing and ion-exchange resin with a single adsorbent-and-filter step: no effluent, no emulsions, and minimal yield loss. We start with lab tests, then trial the system at your plant with a portable filtration unit.

Where we help
- 01
Dry-wash purification
D-SOL adsorbent removes soap, catalyst, glycerin, metals and methanol without water washing.
- 02
Adsorbent filtration
Pressure leaf filters remove spent adsorbent with depth filtration to 1 µm or less.
- 03
Sterol glucoside removal
D-SOL removes sterol glucosides, which cause cold-soak filter blocking.
- 04
Final polishing
Bag and cartridge housings provide a final safety filter before storage.
